With over $2 billion in closed luxury transactions, Min Liu is one of Manhattan's most accomplished real estate professionals. Named Douglas Elliman Rookie of the Year in 2014 — a distinction at one of New York's most prestigious brokerages — she quickly rose to prominence as Sales Director at Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the world, and as the top-selling agent at 15 & 35 Hudson Yards, where she was praised for single-handedly raising the development's profile and continuing to elevate the company's position in the industry.
Min brings a rare dual expertise to her practice. She participated in an Oral History project on leading contemporary Chinese artists in 2005–06, working alongside Ai Weiwei, Zhang Xiaogang, Zeng Fanzhi, Yue Minjun, Fang Lijun, Xu Bing, Gu Wenda, and many others. This deep connection to the art world informs her curatorial approach to real estate — she assists clients not only in finding exceptional homes, but in the purchase, sale, and commissioning of fine art.
Min holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame and a B.A. in English from Peking University (北京大學), with previous success in corporate training, cultural arts, and higher education.
